COMPETENT PERSON FALL PROTECTION TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
8:30am – 12:00pm

Training will be provided by two instructors:  One English-speaking and one Spanish-speaking.

Free:     PDCC Painting Contractor Members
$30:      Employees of PDCC Members

Cal/OSHA requires employers to ensure that AT LEAST ONE COMPETENT Fall Protection Person is available on EACH JOBSITE.  The Competent Person must be capable of identifying existing predictable hazards and is authorized to take prompt corrective measures to eliminate them.  The COMPETENT PERSON is AUTHORIZED and DESIGNATED BY THE EMPLOYER.
