The mission of the Painting & Decorating Contractors of California|PDCC is to lead the industry and profession by providing quality products, programs, services, and opportunities essential to the success of our members. 

This is a great time to join.  You’ll  find that it’s more affordable than ever to join PDCC and your local PDCC Chapter! Active Membership Dues are $199. Your dues include membership in PDCC and your local PDCC Chapter.

Upon acceptance, I will abide by the PDCC Bylaws (published on calpainters.org). I affirm that I am a California licensed painting or general contractor and I am in compliance with state, county and local laws and regulations including licensing, certification, insurance and bonding requirements.

PDCC is an IRS designated 501(c)6 non-profit organization. Dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution but may be deductible as a business expense. Because PDCC engages in lobbying, 5% of your dues are non-deductible.

Annual Membership Dues: All classifications of Membership include membership in PDCC and your local PDCC Chapter. After submitting this form you will be taken to PayPal to make your payment. You can use a credit or debit card.

An Active Member is an individually licensed painting contractor or general contractor.

An Affiliate Member is a partner, officer, RMO, general manager, or designated representative of a licensed painting contract business, but is not an individually licensed C-33 contractor.

A Trade Member is an individual who does not qualify as an Active or Affiliate Member, but who is in an allied construction trade or industry and is licensed when applicable.

A Life Member is a PDCC Active Member who has reached the age of 65 and has maintained their Active membership for at least 10 years immediately preceding application for Life Membership.
