The mission of the Painting & Decorating Contractors of California is to lead the industry and profession by providing quality programs, services, and opportunities essential to the success of its members. PDCA and PDCC are an IRS designated 501(c)6 non-profit. Dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. Because PDCA and PDCC engage in lobbying, 5% of your dues are non-deductible.

A Trade Member is an individual who does not qualify as an Active or Affiliate Member, but who is licensed in an allied construction trade or industry.
